No, the deposit is not refundable. If you want/need to reschedule please let me know.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No you do not, I'll send your photos to you with a link and you can download and print them whenever you'd like.
How long do I have to download my photos?
I would download them ASAP just to be cautious
